Notes

All prices per night in GBP pounds sterling. Confirmed on 3rd party websites.

Pro-rata rates apply for monthly cross-overs. Discounts available for both properties rented together.

Changeover day is flexible to fit in with your holiday plans and intended flights.

Electricity is charged by the kWh based on the difference between check-in and check-out values and as confirmed by you, our guest.

Minimum stay: 4 nights.

Check-in @ 4pm. Check-out @ 10am. Any variations to be agreed beforehand.

Booking Details

We include a free ‘Meet and Greet’ service (10am – 8pm) with our local agent who will show you around the apartments and ensure a stress-free start to your holiday. Arrivals after 8pm will be charged a €35 late arrivals fee (payable upon arrival or in advance).

We require a 20% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable £250 security deposit is also required in case of breakages. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure date if no damage has been reported.
