All prices per week in GBP pounds sterling.
Pro-rata rates apply for monthly cross-overs. Discounts available for both properties rented together.
Supplements: Final clean £79 (2 Bed) or £99 (Penthouse).
Changeover day is flexible to fit in with your holiday plans and intended flights.
Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Check-in @ 4pm. Check-out @ 10am. Any variations to be agreed beforehand.
Booking Details
We include a ‘Welcome Pack’ of groceries (for stays of 1 week or more) and a ‘Meet and Greet’ service (10am – 8pm) with our local agent who will show you around the apartments and ensure a stress-free start to your holiday.
We require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable £250 security deposit is also required in case of breakages. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure date if no damage has been reported.
