“El Cielo” – The Penthouse
Our penthouse features 3 large bedrooms so that it can sleep 6 people with ease. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the terrace with stunning sea views. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and boasts a private balcony with mountain views. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a travel cot if required. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, fine linen and towels.
Both the master bedroom en-suite and the family bathroom have a contemporary bath/shower with wc and bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob. It has granite work surfaces throughout. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine, clothes airer and ironing equipment.
The lounge has two sofas, includes a dining area with 6 seat table (extendable up to 8 places) and features a glass wall opening onto the terrace which is also comfortably furnished with an outdoor sofa set overlooking the Bay of Altea. Home comforts include a 50” LCD TV with SKY satellite channels, DVD (and films), PlayStation 3 (plus a great selection of games) and free fast WiFi. An open stairway conveys you to the large solarium with sun loungers and patio furniture.
“La Vista” – The Two Bed
This luxury 2 bedroom apartment also has a double sofa bed, increasing capacity to sleep 5 people comfortably. The spacious master bedroom has a king size double bed and a patio door opening onto the terrace with its fantastic sea views, whilst bedroom 2 contains twin beds and has a mountain view. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes, fine linen and towels.
The lounge has two leather sofas and includes a dining area with extendable six seat table. It also features a glass wall opening onto the furnished terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean. Mod cons within the lounge include a 50” LCD TV with SKY satellite channels, DVD player (plus films), PlayStation 2 (with plenty of games provided) and free fast WiFi.
The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is also fully equipped with every appliance you might require, including a microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob. Again, there is a separate utility room housing the washing machine, clothes airer and ironing equipment.
The stylish master bathroom has a bath/shower with wc and bidet whilst the modern family bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass partition.
Outside & Gardens
Both apartments have large furnished terraces, accessed from their lounge and master bedroom. The penthouse apartment has an outdoor sofa, armchairs and coffee table with sun loungers and a further patio set on the solarium. The solarium is also equipped with a BBQ. Our 2 bed apartment has an outdoor breakfast table and sun loungers on which to enjoy the terrace as well as a BBQ.
The landscaped garden and large communal pool are private to this complex. The pool has a separate safe shallow area for children to paddle in.
Access to the entire area of Altea Hills is security controlled, with further remote controlled gated entry security to the apartments themselves.
Additional Information
Each apartment has heating/air-conditioning and shutters/blinds on all the bedroom windows. For those renting both apartments, they are two floors apart and are served by the same lift/stairwell.
Children are very welcome at both properties although care should be taken with youngsters near the open staircase to the solarium in the penthouse. A travel cot is stored in the penthouse along with a highchair, but can be supplied to either apartment, as necessary.
Hairdryers are provided. The beach towels supplied are solely for use on the apartment sun loungers.
No smoking inside the apartments please.

Accessibility
Each apartment has a reserved underground car park space near the lift.
The apartments can be accessed by wheelchair users from the lifts in the car park. The solarium in the penthouse is wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs, however the sun and view can still be enjoyed from the spacious terrace.
